A few things are usually faster to answer yourself:

Not sure about your size?
Ask us before you order. Sizes can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, but returns go to our address in the Netherlands and the international return postage is on you, so we would rather help you choose right the first time. Tell us your usual size and the fit you like and we will point you to the right one.
Need to change or cancel an order?
Email us straight away with your order number. We can usually make changes before the order enters production, which is normally within a few hours.
Problem with an order
Include your order number and, if something arrived damaged, misprinted or incorrect, a photo of the item and of the shipping label. That lets us replace or refund it in one reply rather than three.
