Ordering and delivery

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Total delivery time depends on where you are. Every product page shows an estimated window — that is our honest best guess, not a marketing number. Once it is with the carrier, timing is out of our hands.

I am ordering for a birthday. When should I order?

Earlier than you think you need to. Our timelines are dependable, but carrier delays happen to everyone and there is no way to recover a week once it is lost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Where possible we ship from the location closest to the delivery address, which shortens both the wait and the cost.

Sizing

What sizes do you offer?

S to 5XL, on every design and every garment. Not a subset. Plus size and big and tall have their own collections.

How do I pick the right size?

Every product page has a full size guide with flat measurements in inches and centimetres, plus the ±1.5 in manufacturing tolerance. Measure a shirt you already like lying flat and compare, rather than guessing from your usual size.

I am between sizes.

All three garments have a generous unisex cut. If you want it close rather than slouchy, size down. If you want room, stay where you are.

The garments

What are the shirts made of?

The tee is 5.3 oz, 100% US cotton. The sweatshirt and hoodie are 8 oz, 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Heather, Sport Grey and Antique shades have slightly different blends, listed on each product page.

Why does the white look slightly cream?

That is the fabric, not the print. Because of how the cotton takes dye, the White colourway reads a touch off-white rather than bright white. It is consistent across all three garments.

My print is a few millimetres off centre.

Small variation in placement between garments is normal for printed apparel and is not a defect. If it is visibly wrong rather than slightly different, that is a misprint — tell us and we will replace it.

Care

Will the print crack?

Not if you look after it. The ink is pushed into the fabric instead of laid on top as a plastic layer, so there is nothing sitting on the surface waiting to split.

How should I wash it?

Cold, max 30 °C, inside out. Tumble dry low. Skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibres and dulls both the colour and the feel over time. Do not iron the printed area.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something I just did not like?

Yes. Unworn, unwashed items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to give us a reason, and there is no restocking fee.

How do I start a return?

Message us through the contact page with your order number and we will send you the return details. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the item reaches us.

It arrived faulty or damaged.

Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. No argument, and you do not need to send the item back first.

Something is wrong with my order details.

Contact us as fast as you can. If your order has not been processed yet we can usually change it; once it has, we cannot.

How do I reach a person?

Through our contact page. A human reads every message.
