Because every item we make is personalized and created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Personalized products cannot be resold, which is why all sales are final.
Please double-check all personalization details — spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and so on — before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
While we don't accept returns for change of mind, we stand fully behind the quality of our work. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Email us at contact@thejoyfulgiftgrove.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number along with photos of the issue. We'll evaluate the problem and make it right — whether that means a replacement or another suitable solution.
EU statutory right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right to cancel or return an order without giving a reason. However, under EU consumer law this right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As all of our products are personalized, they fall under this exception and are not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period.
This does not affect your legal rights in relation to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
