How Personalization Works

Creating your personalized gift is simple:

1. Choose your gift. Browse our collection and pick the item you'd like to personalize.

2. Add your details. On the product page, enter your personalization — this might be a name, a date, a short message, initials, or other options depending on the product. Take your time here; these details are what make the gift yours.

3. Double-check everything. Please review your spelling, names, dates, and any other details carefully before you check out. Because each item is custom-made just for you, we begin crafting it as soon as your order is placed and may not be able to make changes afterward.

4. We create it. Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work bringing your personalized gift to life.

5. It ships to you. When your gift is ready, we carefully package it and send it on its way.

A quick note: since every piece is made specifically for you, personalized items can't be resold, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We do, of course, stand behind our work — if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, just contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Because we start crafting personalized items right away, we often can't make changes or cancel once an order is placed. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Since every item is personalized and made just for you, all sales are final and we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your personalization details carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out right away and we'll sort it out.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do? Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there's a problem, email us at contact@thejoyfulgiftgrove.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll evaluate it and find a solution.

How long will my order take? Personalized items take a little longer than off-the-shelf products because each one is made to order.
